Walking in Darkness

‘The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light’ Isaiah 9:2

We, as Gentiles, were not set up as the ‘chosen people’. The Jews were the ones who knew who God was and were given the choice to follow Him or not. There were few people who were not Jews and converted to become Jews butt the rest of us were not given any hope until Jesus came on earth and dies for us to allow us to get to heaven.

We can now be in a position to see the light and have it applied to all parts of our life. We need to let His light sine through us so that others will want to ‘come out of the darkness’ and into His marvelous light.

When a person is thinking of taking their life, they cannot see beyond their problems. They think that there is no way to get beyond today or even this minute and get to tomorrow. God will never give you anything that you cannot go though; it is just the trice of the devil to make you think that. When you can see the light at the end of the tunnel, you need to run for it and leap through and shake of the strong hold that was on you. You CAN accomplish much more than you could ever imagine with Jesus on your side. He will let you look good, He will give you favor, He will bless you – just remember to give Him the credit. Walk in His light and shine His light to lead others.
